252 (the "App") is a virtual stock-market life-simulation game. The App does not require account registration, real name, email, or phone number, and processes only the minimum anonymous information necessary for the purposes below.

1. Personal Information Collected
- Anonymous identifier: automatically generated on the device the first time the App is launched, to distinguish users.
- Leaderboard nickname (optional): stored only if the user registers one.
- Gameplay results: when a personal best is achieved on Hard difficulty, the seed value, final assets, return rate, maximum drawdown (MDD), number of buy/sell trades, and grade are stored together with the anonymous identifier.
- Play count: stored together with the anonymous identifier across all difficulties, for leaderboard functionality.
All other game data — such as holdings, progress, and settings — is stored only on the device and is never transmitted to a server.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use
- Providing the leaderboard and saving personal best records
- Understanding service usage statistics (play count)

3. Retention and Use Period
The anonymous identifier, nickname, and leaderboard records stored on the server are retained until the user requests deletion, and are destroyed within 14 business days of a deletion request. Game data stored only on the device is deleted together with the App when it is uninstalled.

4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
- Supabase, Inc.: database infrastructure operation (United States)
The processor may not process personal information for purposes other than those entrusted, per contract.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The App does not provide or sell personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except where required by law.

6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users may at any time request to view or delete the anonymous identifier, nickname, and leaderboard records stored on the server. Requests sent to the contact below will be processed within 14 business days. Data stored only on the device can be deleted directly by uninstalling the App.

7. Automatic Collection Devices
The App does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), cookies, behavioral tracking SDKs, or any other device that automatically collects personal information.

8. Children Under 14
The App does not require account registration, real name, or contact information, and does not intentionally collect personal identifying information from anyone, including children. Information stored on the server is limited to the anonymous identifier and gameplay results.
